DYOZOL

- Miconazole Nitrate 150 mg; Metronidazole 500 mg

- Pharmaceutical form: Vaginal Ovules

- Therapeutic category: Antifungal / Antiprotozoa

 

 

Composition and Presentation:

Each ovule contains:
- Metronidazole: 500 mg.
- Mechonazol Nitrate: 150 mg.

 

Contraindications:

- Hypersensitivity to any of the components.
- DYOZOL should not be used during the first three months of pregnancy and during
breast-feeding.

 

Side Effects:

Side-effects are rare and may occur in the form of vertigo, digestive disturbance
(diarrhea), skin irritation and itching.

 

Precautions:

- DYOZOL should not be taken concomitantly with anticoagulant drugs and disulfiram.
- Treatment should not be stopped during period.

 

Dosage:

According to physician’s prescription.
One vaginal ovule at night before sleeping to be introduced into the vagina in the decubitus position. the treatment should be continued for 10 days until the disappearance of all symptoms.

- Box of 3 vaginal ovules.
- Box of 10 vaginal ovules.
