This establishment is directed by specialized and expert staffs of professors and PhDs in germy medicine, pharmacists, technical, and skilled administrators, they perform frequently training courses, aiming to teach them every thing about modernity in those fields to give their efforts for the society.

In the factory works about 300 workers, doing hard jobs for technical development.

Laboratories employ many researchers and include Laboratories of: pharmaceutical technique, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, organic chemistry.

DELTA members of pharmacists, chemists, technical and administrators are well qualified. They follow technical courses of sessions from time to time to receive up to-date knowledge, in order to develop the company, push it towards and raise its position of pioneering companies of drug manufacturing in Syria.

Today DELTA has become a force to reckon in the pharmaceutical industry.

For this purpose, standardization of procedures for registration and production, strictly complying with FDA standards, and technical – scientific – information are in progress with the final goal of obtaining safe and effective products.
